Do you accept insurance?

APN is a private-pay practice committed to providing highly personalized, evidence-based psychological care. Choosing private pay allows us to focus on your individual needs without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies, resulting in greater privacy, flexibility, and personalized treatment planning.

If our services are not within your budget, we are happy to provide referrals to trusted community providers or organizations that may accept your insurance or offer lower-cost services.

A superbill is available upon request for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.

How long does each therapy session take?

The initial appointment is 75 minutes to allow for a comprehensive clinical assessment and personalized treatment planning. Subsequent psychotherapy sessions are typically 60 minutes and are thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and therapeutic goals.

What modalities do you use?

No two individuals are alike, and therapy should reflect your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. At Atiles Psychological Network (APN), we believe treatment is most effective when it is personalized and grounded in the best available psychological research.

Dr. Ingrid Atiles tailors each treatment plan using evidence-based approaches that are thoughtfully selected to meet your individual needs and support meaningful, lasting change.

Treatment approaches may include:

  • Christian Faith-Integrated Therapy (available upon request)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Trauma-Informed Care

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Interventions

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Strengths-Based and Solution-Focused Approaches

Therapy is never "one size fits all." Your treatment will be personalized to align with your goals, preferences, and values while drawing from evidence-based practices shown to promote healing, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being.
