What to Expect
Therapy begins with a comprehensive initial appointment focused on understanding your concerns, personal history, current symptoms, and treatment goals. This extended session allows time to develop a fuller understanding of your needs and determine appropriate treatment recommendations.
Ongoing psychotherapy sessions provide a supportive, confidential space to explore concerns, gain insight, develop practical skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Initial Consultation: 75 minutes
Ongoing Psychotherapy: 50 minutes
